Established in 1999, RESCON is a specialized provider in the market niche for water-impermeable (‘WU’) constructions. RESCON solves the problem of external water ingress and resulting waterproofing measures. In addition, the company plans and implements waterproofing measures for new buildings made of reinforced concrete components using a fresh concrete composite system. Building refurbishment is another key area of activity. Approximately 60 employees work at the sites in Berlin and Glinde (near Hamburg). RESCON is active in both residential and commercial construction for its customers, who are mainly large, supra-regional construction companies and project developers. The company also carries out projects in the field of water and waste water technology.

A majority stake in RESCON was acquired in 2025 as part of a succession solution. The managing partners of RESCON significantly re-invested in course the transaction.

RESCON generates sales of approximately 15 million EUR.
