TCT is a provider of engineering services relating to planning, construction, project management and commissioning of mobile communication infrastructure in Germany.

The expertise of TCT includes planning, installation and integration of system technology and radio relay systems, particularly for mobile networks.

TCT is a well-established partner for for mobile communication infrastructure projects for the largest mobile communication providers in Germany, including Telefónica, Deutsche Telekom and Vodafone.

TCT was acquired in 2018 together with the new management as part of a succession solution (MBI transaction).

TCT generated sales of around EUR 40 million in the year of acquisition.

After implementing a growth strategy and increasing sales by more than 50% while increasing margins, TCT was acquired by EQOS Energie, a portfolio company of Triton Partners, at the end of 2021.
